Each product page has a size chart with measurements in cm. Compare them with one of your own T‑shirts or tank tops that fits well, and choose the closest match. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend going one size up for a more relaxed fit.

For best results, wash your Noctis items inside out, on a cold cycle, with similar colors. Avoid bleach, use low heat in the dryer or hang to dry, and do not iron directly over the print. This helps the fabric and graphics stay fresh for longer.  

Most of our pieces have a regular to slightly relaxed fit. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page and comparing it with a T‑shirt or tank top you already own. If you prefer a looser, more oversized look, choose one size up.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the parcel will stay at the post office or with the courier only for a limited time. If it is not picked up, it will be returned to us and your future orders may be limited, so please make sure you are available to receive or collect your package.

Q2: Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or link by SMS or email (depending on the shipping method). You can use it to see where your parcel is and when it is expected to arrive.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible. Send photos of the issue and your order number, and we will review the problem and let you know the next steps for a replacement or solution.
